A simple, fast and protein packed veg meal that you can bang together in a few minutes. You can eat your fill of it and you’ll still feel energetic, clean and sharp!
Ingredients
- A can of any beans you like; preferably 4 bean mix, but you can also use/add: lentils, chickpeas, kidney beans etc
- 500g of chopped up veggies; snow peas, broccoli, spinach, onion, carrot, ginger, round beans, bean shoots, sprouts, cabbage, like, whatever…
Method
Throw it all in a large pan/wok with some (coconut/olive) oil and stir it around for 3/4 mins and then eat it straight up! Lovely!
